Details of the long-awaited ?Central Embassy,? which will be built on the former site of the British Embassy, have been released. Owned by Thai shopping giant Central Retail Corp, building plans include a 37-floor complex featuring an eight-story retail and lifestyle area and a 30-floor luxury Park Hyatt with 222 rooms.
